Urban Alliance

Urban Alliance provides paid, professional internships, job skills training, one-on-one mentoring, and ongoing post-program support to economically disadvantaged high school seniors. Our goal is to expand young people’s idea of what is possible for their futures and prepare them for lives of economic self-sufficiency while concurrently providing value to our partners in the business community. To date, UA has partnered with more than 500 businesses to place over 4,000 in paid internships and served another 18,000 through job skills training.
