&lt;div style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background:white"&gt;Ash Shetty is the Chief Procurement Officer and Director of the Montgomery County Office of Procurement. &amp;nbsp;He is an expert in&amp;nbsp;procurement process improvement, procurement organizational design and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;procurement technology planning. &lt;span style="background:white"&gt;Since taking on the role in April 2019, Ash has strived to instill more transparency, efficiency, collaboration, and empathy in the Office of Procurement via process improvement, increased accountability, and technology adoption. &amp;nbsp;Ash and his team have won numerous prestigious local and national awards for their recent efforts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
