Please join us for MCCC’s Economic and Talent Development Committee meeting.

We’re pleased to welcome Keith Waters, Ph.D., Assistant Director of the Center for Regional Analysis and the Stephen S. Fuller Institute at George Mason University.

Dr. Waters will provide data-driven insights into Montgomery County and the regional economy. Topics will include economic growth, labor markets, housing, inflation, and other key regional indicators and what they mean for our business community.

Join the MCCC Government Relations Committee for an end-of-session legislative review featuring Senator Brian Feldman and Delegate Lily Qi. All Chamber members are welcome to attend.

Senator Feldman and Delegate Qi will share key takeaways from the recently completed 2026 Maryland General Assembly legislative session, along with insights on what to expect for the remainder of the election year and as policymakers look ahead to the 2027 legislative session.

This timely discussion will provide valuable perspective on recent policy developments and offer an opportunity to better understand, and help shape, decisions that directly impact the local business community.

The Government Relations Committee meets weekly during the Legislative Session of the Maryland General Assembly and transitions to a monthly meeting schedule during the interim. These meetings provide Chamber members with opportunities to learn about, discuss, and engage on a wide range of policy issues impacting the regional business community.
