Over the last 1.5 years in her position, she has supported the small business community by conducting outreach, providing trainings and helping them understand how navigate federal opportunities and procurements within GSA. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Prior to working in the Office of Small &amp;amp; Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) , Kemba served 12 years as a Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist NCR&amp;rsquo;s Public Building Services (PBS), Office of Acquisition (OOA), where she specialized in leveraging BPAs, Definitive/Indefinite Delivery Contracts, and Purchase/Delivery Orders. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;She procured professional and nonprofessional services, maintenance, recurring services, custodial services, operation and maintenance (O&amp;amp;M), commercial facility management (CFM), minor and major repairs, alternations, construction of building structures and interior, heating and air conditioner systems (HVAC), and architecture and engineer (A/E) services. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
