NoroTech provides safe, supportive transitional housing for women in Montgomery County. Our mission is to help individuals experiencing homelessness move toward stability through secure housing, case management, and connections to community resources. We partner with local organizations, businesses, and faith groups to create pathways to independence, offering not only a place to stay but also life skills, employment support, and wraparound services.
